Fresh new rebrand and website launch for Retail IT giants, Retail Assist.

Our latest website launch is just one part of a huge rebrand project that has taken us almost 6 months to fully complete. Retail Assist has been an existing client for almost 7 years and they recognised the need to completely change their image and re-establish themselves as leaders in Retail IT Support and Software Solutions. From company logo, to tone of voice, everything was considered to give Retail Assist a new look that brings forward their bright, fresh approach to business.

We carefully planned and carried out the online rebrand providing a total solution from initial ideas and web layout design to subtle details, animations, speed tweaks and colour changes. The project was a huge success and we are all so proud of how the final site looks. We used the sharp angles of the logo to create interest in diagonal section breaks and blocks on the pages to pick out key information with a large modern font highlighting call to action. The bright colour palette of blue and yellow distinguishes between the main sections of services and solutions with the hot pink and textured background working well alongside black and white.

The site is clean, bold and bright which is exactly what Retail Assist wanted to achieve. We introduced some animated icons and layered scrolling effects to give the site another level of interest and movement which works really well with the abstract logo shapes, large white out headers and tinted imagery. We have incorporated client testimonials and customer videos which help the user to engage with the site and the service Retail Assist offer. Specific call to action forms on the services and solutions pages along with related blog articles help to offer further interaction and also gives more access to the sites extensive and informative content in the Retail sector.

The marketing team at Retail Assist have been a genuine pleasure to work with and a likeminded synergy between us has certainly made this project the massive success that it is. We’re still working with Retail Assist on maintaining the site and will no doubt be adding to it further over time.
