The team were asked to create a series of HTML email templates that could be content managed by the Devonshire Arms.
Two styles were required: a newsletter style and an offer style.
Templates were needed for each of the 10 businesses within the group.
We produced a series of 20 different HTML email templates that followed 10 different brands within the Devonshire Arms group. The styles we created for each needed to show the high quality and sophisticated nature of the various restaurants, spa’s and hotels.
The email designs are flexible and editable, allowing offers and other information to be added easily by the client.
As part of the service, the client can keep track of the email campaign by viewing information about click-rate and views.
This project has been hugely successful with some emails being opened by fifty per cent of recipients. It has proven to be a great way for the Devonshire Arms to stay in touch and communicate offers to their loyal customers, as well as gain new clientele.
